Q&A
Q: Will my price change after I book?
No. Once a carrier is assigned and your order is dispatched, your price is locked. We don't change prices mid-shipment.
Q: Are there any surcharges I might not expect?
Not with us. Some auto transport companies add fuel surcharges, residential delivery fees, or last-mile fees after the fact. Our quote includes everything.
Q: What if my delivery address is hard to reach?
If a large carrier can't safely access your address (narrow streets, low bridges, tight turns), the driver will arrange a nearby meeting point. No extra charge for this in most cases.
Q: Does the quote cover insurance for my vehicle's full value?

Q: Is the partial dispatch payment refundable?
